Welcome to Helhoughton Parish Council
​
The Parish Council is responsible for a number of community assets including the cemetery, the closed churchyard, defibrillator, Speed Awareness Machine (SAM2) and Children's Outdoor Play Area.
​
The Council's responsibilities include authorisation of burials at the cemetery and the cemetery maintenance, general grass cutting, dog and litter bin installation, street lighting, monitoring the defibrillator, regular placement of the SAM2 and data extraction, maintaining and overseeing the regular maintenance of the outdoor play and gym equipment, among other duties.

Meetings of the Parish Council
Meetings are usually held on the second Monday of every other month, at 7pm in the Church Hall. Please see the 'meetings' page for meeting dates. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
